Organic since 2002, long before the trend: no pesticides, no chemical fertilisers. We harvest in July with a flower stripper, a machine that picks only the flowers and leaves the stems in the field: an oil of exceptional quality, and less volume to transport and distil. The flowers are dried, then steam-distilled without being crushed.
