Directions for use

For relaxation:

Diffusion: Add a few drops to a diffuser to enjoy its soothing, relaxing effects.

For the skin:

Skin care: Dilute 1 to 2 drops in a vegetable oil and apply to irritated areas or small cuts to promote healing.

Acne: Apply one drop directly to pimples.

For sleep:

Pillow: Place 1 to 2 drops on your pillow or a nearby handkerchief to improve sleep quality.

Precautions:

Always dilute the essential oil in a base oil for cutaneous application.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Are our lavender essential oils suitable for babies and children?

How do I apply lavender essential oil?

Lavender or lavandin essential oil can be applied undiluted to the skin. If you prefer, it can be diluted in vegetable oils. (Coconut oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil...).

Can the essential oil be used by pregnant women?

It is not recommended to use essential oil during pregnancy. If in doubt, do not hesitate to consult a health professional.

Is lavender safe to eat?

Both lavender essential oil and lavender seeds are safe for adults to eat.
