Online credit card payments are made directly to the secure servers of our bank, Crédit Agricole, and to Stripe servers. We have no access to your bank details.
Shipping & returns
PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card at the end of the order on the secure server of our bank Crédit Agricole, on Stripe servers, by cheque or directly in store.
If ordering by post, the order must be accompanied by payment by cheque for the amount of the order, including postage.
DELIVERY CHARGES
For all orders, except in-store collection, delivery charges will apply. The amount appears before the customer validates the order.

Delivery in 1 week (excluding bank holidays and weekends) without signature.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article 121-19 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 7 days following delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.
This period is seven clear days from receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for services. When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
To give rise to a refund, products must be returned in perfect condition for resale and complete, including packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
To avoid any dispute, in the event of loss of the returned product by the carrier, always use a transport service that allows the package to be tracked and insure the package for the market value of the product.
