Just like a traditional website, you can order directly from our website. Payment by credit card is secure. Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. And your parcel will be sent as quickly as possible.

Delivery in France takes between 3 and 5 working days from the date of your order. There may be longer delays during the Christmas and New Year period. Delivery is free for orders over €59.

To track your order, simply enter the tracking number you received in the shipment confirmation or tracking email. You can click directly on the link to go to the parcel tracking page.

Rest assured, if you are not happy with all or part of your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period following receipt of the products and gift cards.

Products delivered in good condition may be returned. The products must be presented in their original unused packaging, including any gifts sent with the order.
